Cooking and cocktails...my two favorite pastimes! I have been a bartender for 20 years and have grown so much as a mixologist. I have a deep appreciation for a well crafted and beautiful cocktail. I also love to cook although I am no chef. As a bartender, I have worked in almost every environment you can think of but my favorite has been the restaurant industry. I have learned so much about food and techniques from the chefs that I have worked with.
